🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Prynce Africa, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Process: Email us at info@prynceafrica.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
